UbicutoWe use as few subprocessors as possible and all customer data remains within the EU. We announce changes to our customers at least 30 days in advance.

- Hetzner Online GmbH — Gunzenhausen, Germany — hosting of application and database — processing in Germany (EU).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — San Francisco, USA — object storage for source documents (R2) — storage contractually bound to the EU jurisdiction (data does not leave the EU); standard contractual clauses additionally apply.
What is deliberately not a subprocessor
Platforms the customer connects to (such as Amazon, Shopify or a bank) are not subprocessors of Ubicuto: they are the source from which the customer has their own data retrieved, on the customer's own instruction.
